The holistic Chōju concept

What components and measures

do we rely on to extend

the healthspan and lifespan?

DNA-Analyse

01. Epigenetics laboratory and DNA analysis

Here, we have developed and elaborated our own epigenetics and DNA tests. Additionally, cellular markers have been defined. We focus on analyzing the current state in order to be able to target and personalize our approach. Individual method tailored to our clients.

02. High-tech products as longevity supplements

Medical research knows the recipe to make life healthier, more active, and full of joy again. As unique as you are, so is your personal recipe for high-tech longevity supplements that help you achieve your lifestyle and health goals.

03. A new life-extending nutrition form: Chōju Anti-Aging Nutrition

What, when, and how much we eat affects the rate of aging. Nutrition is one of the strongest lifestyle interventions for living longer. Here, we have developed our own nutritional philosophy and building blocks that can be learned during our Chōju Retreats and continued at home.

04. Intermittent Fasting

The most popular variant is the 16:8 method. Here, the level of the growth hormone HGH spikes, leading to fat loss and muscle building. A low body fat storage significantly reduces the insulin level. Additionally, fasting triggers cellular repair processes (autophagy), meaning old cells are dissolved, and the fat-burning hormone norepinephrine is stimulated. This boosts calorie burning. With correct application of intermittent fasting (once a month for a week or twice a week), positive effects can be noticed very quickly.

The Chōju longevity enzymes spermidine and fisetin support these important processes.

Bewegungstraining

05. Special aerobic and anaerobic exercise training

According to a 2017 study, people who engage in moderate physical activity for at least half an hour on five days a week (e.g., jogging) are nearly ten years younger, as measured by their telomere length. Why are the telomeres longer in people who exercise regularly? The sirtuins SIRT1 and SIRT6 contribute to the lengthening of the telomeres. They seem to be activated by physical exertion!

In our Chōju Retreats, you will experience a specially developed training for this. The Chōju product fisetin also supports these processes.

06. Special physiotherapy

Aging brings a reduction in mitochondrial function, which seems to be responsible for many diseases. The cell competency of detoxification is crucial. The "cellular waste disposal" slows down with age. The transport via the lymph and the blood no longer works, causing these proteins and fats to deposit in our cells. Age spots are one sign of this. A similar process occurs in the heart, liver, nerves, and vision cells. The Chōju experts have developed a special combination as therapy to promote these functions.

07. Sleep as regeneration

Chronic sleep deprivation is harmful to health and shortens life. Seven to eight hours of sleep per night are associated with the lowest risks for cardiovascular disease and early death for adults. It is important to also pay attention to good sleep quality.

The unique Chōju "Sleep well and deep" sleep cocktail supports this excellently.

De-stressing

09. De-stressing

Various methods of relaxation such as meditation, Thai Chi, yoga, Qigong, and breathing exercises are tailored to your needs. In the Chōju Retreats, the Chōju experts show you exercises and components that you can integrate into your everyday life afterwards.

10. Medications

Some medications could extend lifespan, such as rapamycin or metformin (current clinical trials).

An example is the TAME study, which aims to find out whether the antidiabetic drug metformin can slow down aging and at the same time reduce the risk of many age-related diseases. Other companies are investigating the effects of rapamycin and rapalogues (substances that work like rapamycin) on the aging process.
